What happens in your home
We inspect and pre-vacuum before wet cleaning. The material, soil and condition determine the treatment. You'll approve any change to the work and price before we start.
On the visit
Six steps, in order
We walk it with you first
We inspect the fiber and condition, test colorfastness where needed, confirm the work and price, and point out visible wear before cleaning starts.
We pre-vacuum
We remove loose dry soil before adding moisture. Your own quick vacuum is welcome, but it is not required for us to do ours.
Pre-spray and dwell
We select a product for the material and soil, apply it at the right strength, and give it the time its label and the job call for.
Agitate, extract and rinse
We use suitable agitation and hot-water extraction, then choose the rinse for the fiber and products used. We check the result before we finish.
Dry passes and a final look
Extra extraction passes recover moisture. We check the treated areas with you and explain any spot, wear or odor that may need follow-up.
Furniture protected, aftercare explained
We use tabs or blocks where needed under furniture returned to damp carpet, then explain drying and when to remove the protection.

Know what to expect
Please make two outlets, a working cold-water tap and a toilet or sanitary drain available. See how to prepare. After the cleaning, we'll discuss drying and any area that needs a closer look. Keep the aftercare guide for later.
