Allow several hours for drying. Timing depends on the carpet, airflow, and room conditions. We'll give you a job-specific estimate before we leave. Limit traffic while the carpet is damp, use clean socks if you need to cross it, and be careful where damp carpet meets a hard floor. We make dry passes after extraction and discuss airflow for your home. If any area still feels damp at about 12 hours, contact Kevin. Contact him sooner if carpet feels soggy or an odor gets worse.

Please pick up loose items and small breakables before we arrive. We'll review any furniture that may need moving during the walk-through and agree on what can be handled safely for your appointment. Large or heavy items are not assumed to be part of the cleaning.

Sometimes an old spill extends below the visible carpet fibers into the backing or pad. Cleaning can re-wet that hidden material, and as the carpet dries, it can move back to the surface. That's called wicking. If the same original treated spot reappears, contact us within 30 days and we'll inspect and re-treat it once at no charge.

We assess the contamination before recommending treatment. Some accidents affect the surface; others reach the backing or pad and need separate work. Urine can permanently change the dye, and surface cleaning may not resolve a deeper odor. We explain the limits and confirm the price before treatment; complete stain or odor removal is not guaranteed.

Tell us if you have wool. We inspect it and choose products and methods suitable for wool, its dyes and its construction. Strong or unsuitable chemicals, heat and agitation can damage it. Natural or antique rugs need a reviewed in-home scope and price; some rugs need specialist off-site care that we do not offer.

No. Pre-spray, extraction and routine spotting are included. If the pre-spray or included cleaning removes a spot, there is no specialty stain charge. Additional stain-specific work needs your approval. If that specialty treatment doesn't remove the stain, we waive only that spot's $25 fee, including when the mark improves but remains. Normal cleaning charges and the applicable visit minimum still apply. Pet and odor treatments are separate.

Cleaning removes soil; it does not replace worn fibers, repair abrasion or restore lost dye. Traffic, matting and pile direction can leave a carpet looking different even after it is clean. We inspect these marks and explain likely results before recommending extra treatment.

Keep children and pets away during cleaning and treatment. We give you the product-specific re-entry instructions before leaving. Follow those instructions and keep off treated areas until the required time or drying condition is met; there is no universal re-entry time for every product.

Yes. Send a quote request describing the stain, carpet material if known, and any products already used. We confirm the suitable scope and visit price. A per-spot add-on is not the price of a standalone appointment, and the ordinary visit minimum still applies.

Yes, where the material and building access are suitable. Tell us your inspection or key-handover deadline, parking, stairs, elevator rules and any entry arrangements. Keep electricity and water on: we need two available working outlets, an accessible working cold-water tap and a working toilet or sanitary drain. Allow time for drying before the inspection. Payment is due after the work and a receipt is provided; a landlord decides whether a deposit is returned.

Payment is due after the job is finished and you've seen the completed work. Pay in person with cash, or by contactless card or mobile wallet through Square Tap to Pay. If that isn't practical, we'll send a Square invoice for secure online payment. A receipt is provided after payment.
