Thank you for having us in your home. Start with the instructions we gave you for your particular job, then keep these reminders handy.

Follow the airflow and drying advice we discussed. The estimate depends on the material, treatment and conditions in your home. If an area stays unusually damp beyond that estimate, contact us before covering it or moving furniture back.
Follow the removal instructions given for your furniture tabs and blocks. Do not put unprotected furniture onto damp carpet. Product-specific instructions take priority over general advice.
Tell us where it is and send a photo if you can. Avoid adding another cleaner before we review what was treated and what the material manufacturer recommends.
Follow your carpet manufacturer’s maintenance and warranty instructions for vacuuming and cleaning intervals. There is not one schedule that applies to every carpet.
