When you contact or book
We receive the details you enter, such as your name, phone, email, service address, cleaning choices, appointment, and notes. We use them to prepare, confirm, complete, and follow up on the work.
Booking source
If a campaign link brought you here, this browser tab remembers its campaign labels and sends them with a quote request or booking. We also keep the optional answer you give about how you heard about us. Tuftwright does not load an advertising pixel or record every page you view.
Messages and marketing
Appointment and service messages are part of doing the job. Offers and reminders are separate. We send those only through a channel you approved, and you can withdraw that approval.
Job photos
Job photos stay private unless a separate permission covers public marketing use and Kevin chooses that photo for the website. Customer names and addresses are not published with job photos.
