01 · The cleaning

What are we cleaning?

Start with a room plan or build the visit piece by piece.

First visit: three standard rooms for $129 if your household is eligible. Regular price is $150. We confirm eligibility using your contact and service address.

Start with a room plan

Choose a plan, then adjust larger rooms and add every hall, closet, stairway, rug or piece of furniture below.

Open each group and use the plus button once for every separate area or piece.

02 · Job details

A few details change the job

Only the questions that apply to your cleaning appear here. We choose products after checking the fiber and soil, explain what we'll use and how we'll extract it, and confirm any added spot or odor treatment and its price before work.

Green Clean Option · available now

Available using Green Seal GS-37 certified Procyon Extreme liquid pre-spray, where suitable for your carpet and cleaning needs. Fragrance and Green Clean preferences are optional; leaving them unselected does not request either option. We confirm the exact product and method after inspection.

What is your fragrance preference?

Why we ask

This is a preference to discuss, not an automatic scented treatment. We confirm the exact product after inspecting the fiber and soil.

Interested in the Green Clean Option?

Why we ask

This is a preference to discuss, not an automatic treatment or price change. Green Seal GS-37 certified Procyon Extreme liquid pre-spray is available where suitable for your carpet; we confirm the product and extraction method after inspection.

What kind of carpet is it?

Why we ask

Wool and plant fibers can react differently to moisture and cleaning products. Telling us now helps us prepare a suitable method and check the material before cleaning.

What's the fabric?

Why we ask

Fabric construction and dye affect what can be cleaned safely. Delicate, natural, antique or unknown pieces need an in-person check before we confirm a method and price.

Will the carpeted rooms be furnished?

Why we ask

Working around furniture adds time. We use suitable protection under pieces returned to damp carpet. Your answer helps reserve enough time for the work.

Any pet accidents to treat?

Why we ask

Pet accidents can reach the backing before they are visible. A guess is fine because we check during the walk-through. Deep treatment uses a sub-surface extractor to flush the pad and costs $95 to $150 a room after inspection.

Is this your first cleaning with Tuftwright?

Why we ask

New households can get 3 rooms for $129 and choose protector for one standard room free. Choose the five-room package instead to protect two standard rooms free. Other add-ons and larger-room substitutions are priced separately.

Optional care while we're there

Complete cleaning, including pre-spray and routine spotting, is included with every carpeted room. If that removes a spot, there is no specialty charge. Extra stain treatment is confirmed before work. Area-based protector is selected beside the cleaning above; the remaining add-ons appear here.

If we can't remove the stain with specialty treatment, we waive only that spot's $25 specialty-treatment fee. Partial improvement alone isn't removal. Normal cleaning charges and the applicable visit minimum still apply. Pet and odor treatments are separate.

Green Clean Option is for suitable carpet pre-spray using the certified Procyon Extreme product; specialty stain, pet and odor treatments are assessed separately and may use other products.

Extra treatment for heavily soiled rooms

$35 an affected room

Adds detailed spotting, more dwell time, extra agitation, extraction and dry passes for widespread heavy soil or traffic lanes.

What this adds

Complete cleaning is already included in every room. Add this only for rooms that need materially more time and repeated treatment. The walk-through confirms the affected-room count before work starts.

0

Deodorizer

$25 a room

For rooms with a persistent everyday odor. Cleaning removes the soil it can reach, and deodorizer treats odor remaining in the pile.

What this adds

It's per room on purpose. Most homes only need it in one or two, and if a room doesn't need it we'll say so on the walk-through and it comes off the bill.

0

Tough stain removal

$25 a spot

For marks that need separate stain-specific treatment beyond the included pre-spray, cleaning and routine spotting. If included cleaning removes it, there is no specialty charge.

What this adds

We assess and test the stain and material, explain likely results and confirm the extra work with you. All specialty stain types have the same per-spot rate. Removal is not guaranteed, and color loss or fiber damage may be permanent.

0

Upholstery stain shield

$25 a piece

Adds soil resistance and gives many spills more time to be blotted from compatible upholstery. It is not a stain-proof guarantee.

What this adds

Best for frequently used or light-colored pieces after they pass fabric and colorfastness checks. Wear and later cleaning reduce performance, so we reassess it at the next professional cleaning.

Make the next visit easyWhen should we remind you to clean again?

We will save the cadence in the CRM and email one private rebook link when the visit is due. Nothing is automatically scheduled or charged; you still choose the date and can change every room or add-on.

I can provide two available wall outlets for the cleaning equipment and will avoid running high-power appliances on the circuits we use during cleaning. I can provide an accessible working cold-water tap to fill the tanks and a working toilet or sanitary drain to empty recovered water. I'll contact Tuftwright before the visit if any of these are unavailable or I'm unsure.Okay to email about carpet care tips and remindersOkay to text about offers and reminders. You do not have to agree to this to book a job, and you can reply STOP at any time.I understand the carpet may remain damp after cleaning, drying varies by the material, treatment and conditions in the home, and damp feet can slip on hard floors at carpet edges and on stairs. What to expect.
